A handy pocket size Thermapen thermometer with foldable stainless steel probe. Two versions of the Thermapen are available, one with a ribbon surface probe, one with a penetration probe. The ribbon surface probe is ideal for measuring the temperature of a variety of flat surfaces, i.e. hotplates, pipework, bearings, etc. The strong, versatile penetration probe with a pointed, general purpose tip is suitable for liquid and semi-solid insertion.
