Flat Die Rheometer (FDR) VR-3100 Series
The FDR (Flat Die Rheometer)is a testing aquipment that measures changes in torque that vary with rubber by oscillation and determines the vulcanization characteristics based on changes in the maximum component is entered between the upper and lower dies of a flat plate at a specified temperature and is subjected to sinusoidal torsional oscillation. FDR thus provides a corn drive designed to achieve accurate sinusoidal oscillations and a four-heater drive, thus achieving high accuracy and reproducibility of the test results. And also this equipment is compact that it can be installed in any place.Options include a sponge rubber analysis mechanism(which analyzes the sponging pressure, sponging reaction, and vulcanization reaction of sponge rubber);a simulated temperature program mechanism;and a sample automatic coveyance mechanism(Maximum 100 samples).
