In early 2015 Labman installed and commissioned a semi-automated vial processing system into a UK diagnostics laboratory for increasing production rates of immunodiagnostic test kits.

The system is designed to handle four different vial types with fully customisable dispensing, sealing, capping and printing parameters which enables a high degree of process flexibility. It is operated by a single user who is responsible for loading empty vials and removing the processed vials.
